Senior Export Specialist.

Job Description

·        Liaise with suppliers and necessary teams on all documentation required for clearing of shipments. ·        Review all updates of custom regulations of exportation and act accordingly. ·        Review and confirm all shipping requirements prior shipping to insure it is in compatibility with custom regulations. ·        Follow up on all related payments to ensure that the importer fulfills his obligations. ·        Deal with government entities such as: Agricultural Quarantine, Export Councils, etc.…·        Create reports of shipments and keep them updated. ·        Build & Maintain Relationships with Suppliers & Forwarders to Ensure Efficient Order Processing (Strategic Sourcing, Quality, Reliability). ·        Conduct thorough research to identify new export markets and growth opportunities for the company’s products. ·        Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trade tariffs, duties, and regulations. ·        Collaborate with the sales and legal teams to ensure contracts meet company policies and international laws. ·        Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills to interact with customers effectively and avoid any misconceptions. ·        Excellent team player and able to coordinate with others effectively ·        Complete the transaction from sending the quotation, receiving the purchase order and agreeing on the price and supply.

Job Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. ·        5 - 7 years’ experience in any field. ·        Knowledge of global shipping regulations, customs procedures, and international trade compliance. ·        Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English & Arabic. ·        Excellent problem-solving skills. ·        Excellent organizational skills, with high attention to details. ·        Ability to work under pressure in a demanding industry with tight deadline. ·        Strong interpersonal and presentation.
