Location is Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Gurugram (Hybrid) Immediate joiners are preferred. 4-10 Years of Experience Job Description: We are seeking a skilled SailPoint IAM Developer to support the migration of market-based applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful migration of applications while maintaining compliance, security, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Migration Support: Lead and support the migration of market-based applications to SailPoint IdentityIQ, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. - Development & Configuration: Design, develop, and configure IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ to meet business requirements and enhance user access controls. - Integration: Collaborate with application teams to integrate various market-based applications into SailPoint, ensuring seamless IAM processes. - Customization: Develop custom workflows, connectors, and rules within SailPoint to support unique application requirements. - Testing & Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of migrated applications to ensure accuracy, functionality, and security. - Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for the IAM environment, including migration processes, configurations, and customizations. - Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to application migration, access control, and IAM integrations in a timely manner. - Compliance: Ensure that all IAM processes and configurations comply with regulatory and organizational security standards. - Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to IAM processes, tools, and practices to enhance security and operational efficiency. Qualifications: - Experience: 4+ years of experience as a SailPoint IAM Developer, with a focus on IdentityIQ. - Technical Skills: - Proficient in SailPoint IdentityIQ development, including workflows, rules, and connectors. - Strong understanding of IAM principles, including RBAC, provisioning, and identity lifecycle management. - Experience with scripting languages such as Java, BeanShell, or PowerShell. - Familiarity with directory services (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory) and SSO solutions. - Experience in integrating and migrating applications within an IAM framework. - SailPoint certifications are a plus. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with market-based applications and understanding of their unique IAM requirements. - Knowledge of cloud-based IAM solutions and integrations. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to IAM (e.g., GDPR, SOX). Key Responsibilities As part of IDM integration team, person will be responsible for requirement gathering, design and development related to IDM platform, applications/target systems integrations, workflow provisioning flows, configurations, and enhancements. Work with teams to ensure smooth handovers between Ops support team and deployment teams for any development release, support patch, roll outs. · Development of custom adapters and process tasks · Development of process definitions and process forms · Development and configuration of event handlers, schedulers and plugins · Development of Email notification resolvers · Development of custom connectors Job Requirement · Strong background in identity and access management (IAM) and expertise in developing and implementing solutions using SailPoint's IdentityIQ platform. · Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, BeanShell is typically essential for customizing SailPoint IdentityIQ. · Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management principles, including user provisioning, access certification, access request, role-based access control, and governance. · Experience in integrating SailPoint IdentityIQ with various systems and applications, including LDAP, Active Directory, databases, cloud services, and third-party systems. · Proficiency in customizing SailPoint IdentityIQ, including developing custom connectors, creating custom workflows, Custom Plugins Forms and modifying user interfaces. · Familiarity with access control methodologies, including role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC)· Having relevant SailPoint certifications, such as SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer, IdentityIQ Implementation Engineer, or IdentityIQ Configuration Engineer, can be a significant advantage.
