D365 Finance and Operations Consultant

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Developer with expertise in data integration to support the integration of a Salesforce-based application with D365 Finance and Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SSIS and Kingswaysoft for data integration projects. After successfully completing the integration, the developer will transition to focus on Salesforce customization to enhance and optimize the application. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions using SSIS and Kingswaysoft for integrating a Salesforce-based application with D365 Finance and Operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure seamless integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data integrity and smooth communication between systems.
• Once the integration project is complete, transition to Salesforce customization to enhance features, workflows, and processes based on business needs.
• Support testing and deployment of integration solutions and Salesforce customizations.
• Maintain clear documentation of integration processes and customizations.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing integration processes and Salesforce configurations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members, as needed.

• Proven experience with SSIS and Kingswaysoft for data integration, particularly with Salesforce and D365 Finance and Operations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, including customization and configuration.
• Experience with ETL processes, data mapping, and troubleshooting integration issues.
• Familiarity with D365 Finance and Operations and its integration with other systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Experience in Salesforce customization, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Understanding of ERP systems, especially D365 Finance and Operations, and their integration with third-party applications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in an Agile development environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7-8 years of experience in data integration, Salesforce development, or related roles.

• We are looking for someone who can join immediately or within a month.

• This role will primarily involve night shift hours, operating in alignment with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
