Our esteemed clients include Tata, Reliance, Swiggy, Amazon and many more Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, a data-driven mindset, and a proven track record of driving performance through paid media campaigns. In this role, you will manage and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms, ensure optimal return on investment (ROI), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic, etc.) to drive performance for client campaigns.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data (e.g., click-through rates, conversion rates, return on ad spend) and provide actionable insights for optimization and reporting to clients.
  • Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics, including cost per acquisition (CPA), return on investment (ROI), and overall campaign efficiency.
  • Audience Targeting: Develop audience segmentation strategies based on client goals and leverage targeting options to increase campaign effectiveness.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to determine optimal combinations for performance.
  • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated to the highest-performing ads and strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, analytics, and account management teams to align performance marketing strategies with client objectives.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and new digital marketing tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.
