About Us We are a  mission-driven startup  developing an  AI-powered Anti-Bullying App  in a " Stealth Mode" designed to  monitor, report, and prevent bullying incidents  in schools, city and corporates. Our platform integrates  Chatbot AI, Predictive Analysis, Tele-Guidance Services, and SOS Broadcasting  to support students, parents, educators, employers and city mayors. As a  Full Stack Developer , you will play a  founding partner role  in designing, building, and scaling our technology platform.  This is not just another developer role —you will be a  startup partner , expected to take  ownership, problem-solve, and adapt  as we grow. Role & Responsibilities 1️⃣ Mobile & Web App Development • Develop the  Anti-Bullying App  using  React Native (iOS & Android) . • Implement  real-time chat, voice, and video features  using  Twilio/Agora SDK . • Optimize UI/UX performance and ensure a  seamless user experience . 2️⃣ Backend & API Development • Develop  RESTful & GraphQL APIs  using  Node.js (Express.js/NestJS) and Python (FastAPI / Flask / Django)•  Implement  case reporting & ticketing system integration  (Zendesk API or other Ticketing tool API). • Ensure  secure authentication  (Firebase Auth, OAuth 2.0, JWT). 3️⃣ Real-Time Communication & Tele-Guidance • Implement / Develop SOS Panic Button  with  Google Maps API & Twilio SMS alerts . • Integrate / Develop Tele-Guidance SDK (Twilio/Agora / others) for chat, voice, and video counseling. . Integrate / Develop Calendar scheduling and Payment gateway systems SDK / API 4️⃣ Security & Data Privacy • Implement  encryption & security best practices  (OAuth 2.0, GDPR, DepEd Compliance). • Ensure  secure cloud hosting & database management . 5️⃣ Cloud Deployment & DevOps • Deploy & manage the app on  AWS/GCP/Azure  using  Docker & Kubernetes . • Implement  CI/CD pipelines  for automated testing & deployment. Ownership & Multi-Tasking (Startup Environment)•  Act as both an individual contributor & a team leader  depending on project needs. • Take full ownership of  backend, frontend, and API integrations  as required. • Work closely with  UX/UI designers, product managers, and business teams  to align the technical roadmap with business goals. • Troubleshoot, optimize, and  ensure high performance & scalability  of the product. Tech Stack & Required Experience Technology   Tools / Frameworks Frontend (Mobile & Web) React Native (iOS & Android), React.js, Redux/Zustand Backend & API  Node.js (Express.js/NestJS), RESTful & GraphQL APIs, and Python (FastAPI / Flask / Django)• Database  PostgreSQL, Firebase Firestore Authentication & Security  Firebase Auth, OAuth 2.0, JWT, Encryption Tele-Guidance (Chat, Voice, Video) Twilio API / Agora SDK SOS Panic Button & Alerts  Google Maps API, Twilio SMS Case Management & Ticketing  Zendesk API Cloud & Deployment  AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes DevOps & CI/CD  GitHub Actions, Jenkins ✅ Preferred Qualifications • 3+ years of experience  in Full Stack or Mobile App Development. • Proven expertise in  React Native & Node.js . • Experience with  real-time chat, voice & video SDKs (Twilio, Agora, Vonage) . • Knowledge of  security best practices  &  data privacy regulations . •  Familiarity with AI/ML integrations  (preferred for Phase 1 or 2 expansions). Compensation & Equity MVP Phase (First 2 Months): • INR 60,000 – 75,000 per month  (to minimize early investment). • Hybrid model:  Backend & UI/UX Developers on an hourly basis . •  Equity:  2% on go-live, additional 3% vesting over 2 years . Post-Go-Live (6 Months – Scaling Phase): • Incremental salary increase  every 6 months based on revenue & funding . • INR 80,000 – INR110,000 per month  (based on business expansion). Why Join Us?
