Role Description We are looking for a passionate AI Engineer Intern who will be responsible for developing AI agents from scratch across various domains using first principles thinking. This role is ideal for someone with a deep interest in building intelligent systems, applying AI to real-world problems, and contributing to the development of AI-driven solutions. As an AI Engineer Intern, you will have the opportunity to design, implement, and optimize AI systems for a wide range of applications, from research tools to enterprise solutions. You will be expected to break down complex AI problems into their most fundamental components and build innovative solutions from the ground up, using first principles to ensure the development of highly effective, efficient, and scalable AI agents. Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement AI agents from scratch for various applications, ensuring their functionality across different domains (e.g., machine learning, data analysis, natural language processing).
  • Apply first principles thinking to break down complex AI challenges into simpler, foundational components, building solutions based on fundamental truths and core AI concepts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the requirements for AI systems and design scalable solutions.
  • Apply cutting-edge AI techniques such as reinforcement learning, deep learning, and generative models to create intelligent systems.
  • Work on the optimization of AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency in real-world environments.
  • Develop, test, and deploy AI agents that provide valuable solutions for both academic research and enterprise use.
  • Present progress and research outcomes effectively through reports, technical documentation, and presentations to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of core AI concepts, machine learning, and deep learning methodologies.
  • Prior experience in developing AI solutions or working on AI/ML projects (academic or industry-related).
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other relevant libraries.
  • Ability to design and implement AI algorithms from the ground up, with a focus on creating intelligent systems and agents using first principles.
  • Enrollment in an undergraduate at a premier tier-1 institute (preferably IITs)
