The Industrial and Infrastructure Development Advisory (IIDA) practice of KPMG in India has been advising and assisting India’s development objective by seamlessly bridging the gap between Government’s vision and execution, steering impactful initiatives across the spectrum of infrastructure, industrial and Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) development as well as tourism, leisure, and sports. Our multidisciplinary approach blends cutting-edge strategies, regulatory acumen, and global best practices. Our team of multi-domain experts has successfully delivered national priority strategic engagements, providing guidance and insights to central and state governments, Public Sector Units (PSUs), and multilateral institutions Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B. E)/B. Tech in Computer Science (CS) / Information Technology (IT) Master of Computer Application (MCA) or Postgraduate in an equivalent field Minimum Experience: 8 years in the IT/CS field Experience Criteria: At least 5 years of experience in .NET, SQL Server, and other recent platforms and technologies. Working knowledge of social media tools and platforms. Experience in developing official websites and e-commerce services. Experience in developing web-based dashboards, interfaces, applications, digital platforms, and databases to facilitate real-time internal monitoring of project activities for a company. Experience in developing MIS systems for monitoring the performance of an organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of IT and MIS systems to support organizational goals. Design and maintain databases and digital platforms for real-time monitoring and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance official websites and e-commerce services. Utilize social media tools and platforms to support organizational communication and outreach. Provide technical expertise and support in .NET, SQL Server, and other relevant technologies. Document technical processes, system designs, and user manuals to ensure clear communication and knowledge transfer. Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT and MIS systems, recommending improvements as needed. Skills and Competencies: Strong technical skills in .NET, SQL Server, and other recent technologies. Proficiency in developing web-based applications and digital platforms. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of social media tools and platforms. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in relevant technologies or project management. Experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
