As we expand into the US market, we’re not just looking for an Account Executive — we’re looking for a founding member of our US GTM (Go-To-Market) team. This is more than a job; it's an opportunity to build something extraordinary alongside the founders and be part of a category-defining company in the content marketing space. What You’ll Do:
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring seamless handoff from SDRs.
- Customer Consultation: Conduct product demos, understand client needs, and offer tailored brand solutions.
- Deal Closure: Drive revenue growth by negotiating and closing deals with key decision-makers.
- Onboarding & Success: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition to customer success.
- Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with the founders on go-to-market strategies and provide actionable market insights.
- Event Engagement: Represent Pepper Content at industry events, both virtual and in-person, to nurture relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Tool Utilization: Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, LinkedIn Helper, and other equivalents to identify, engage, and close prospects effectively.
- Results-Oriented: You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Consultative Seller: You excel at understanding customer pain points and providing tailored solutions.
- Data-Driven: You use metrics to guide decisions and continuously optimize performance.
- Relationship Builder: You can build trust and rapport with clients across various industries.
- Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and work seamlessly with SDRs and the founding team.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in the US market, preferably with experience selling to marketers or knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
