Role Objective: Key objective of this position is to drive the organization’s digital marketing initiatives by managing SEO, content optimization, website updates, and performance marketing campaigns. The role aims to ensure effective online presence, generate meaningful traffic, and align digital strategies with overall marketing goals. Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience :
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and website management.
- Proven track record of managing performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta.
- Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools, WordPress, HTML, Meta account management, and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of social media strategies, competitor analysis, and current marketing trends.
- Personal Attributes : Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate with external SEO agencies to execute strategies effectively.
- Conduct keyword research, manage on-page and off-page SEO activities, and monitor execution daily.
- Generate and analyze monthly SEO performance reports.
- Develop and optimize SEO-friendly content for blogs, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Perform competitor analysis to identify digital marketing trends and provide actionable insights.
- Update and maintain content across corporate, event, and product websites.
- Assist in website development with a focus on SEO-friendliness and user experience.
- Manage agency collaborations for website maintenance and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Execute performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta.
- Track campaign performance, generate reports, and suggest improvements.
- Identify trends and opportunities for optimizing digital campaigns.
- Work closely with agencies and internal teams to align marketing objectives.
- Ensure seamless coordination and timely execution of campaigns.
- Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, SEO platforms, WordPress, and HTML.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing strategies, campaign management, and data interpretation.
- Familiarity with social media trends and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Attention to detail and creativity in content creation and marketing strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- This is an individual contributor role, reporting directly to the AGM - Marketing Communications.
