Job details
The purpose of the On-Trade Manager is to lead the On-Trade commercial
and non commercial channels and achieve results for their Region within Amber
Drinks, covering all on premise activities including sales, marketing, and distribution.
The Manager of On-Trade optimizes sales, distribution, and brand-appearance within
the On Premise channel and leads On-Trade Relationship officers, Marketing teams,
Event officers and Brand promoters.
Important responsibilities include: building strategies set forth by the national OnTrade team; coaching direct reports; managing the regional On-Trade budget,
annual goals, and 100% strategy execution in the On Premise channel and more
while developing productive business relationships; and building our plans as
directed.
