We are looking for a Product Owner to be a part of our Enabling Function – Digital Technology team located in Group Office, Istanbul. The role is responsible for collaborating with relevant functional stakeholders to define the product's capabilities in line with the product roadmap across all CCI countries in Turkey, the Middle East, Central Asia, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. The Product Owner is accountable for delivering solutions which meet both requirements and business outcomes.

What We Expect

  • Identifies business requirements using a variety of methods such as interviews, document analysis, and workflow analysis to express requirements clearly and succinctly.
  • Reviews the backlog of work for product features and reprioritizes the work to reduce costs and increase the value of the work delivered to the business.
  • Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals. Adopts a sequence of activities, effectively coordinates with others, and makes skillful use of resources and support to deliver efficient, high-quality work.
  • Interprets data to improve current and/or suggest new features. Coordinates with software engineers, configuration engineers, and QA engineers throughout the delivery. Communicates milestones to the relevant digital and functional teams.
  • Explores and develops a basic understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contributes to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization. Looks for new opportunities/experimentation to improve the efficiency of business and customer experience.
  • Delivers baseline assessment and post-implementation analyses to contribute to the measurement and tracking of business benefit.
  • Prepares all business analysis documents such as business requirements, use cases, process models, and UML diagrams.
  • Creates related documents including technical documentation, system requirements, and traceability matrices.
  • Carries out delegated activities to support identification and evaluation of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project and the design of mitigating solutions.
  • Identifies the support and resources needed to carry out plans; delivers on time at an acceptable quality level.
  • Develops own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
  • Continuously gains business insights, applies knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization's goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math), or a similar technical field of study.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in IT/Digital and/or broad knowledge in order to fulfillment.
  • 5+ years experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms.
  • SAP SuccessFactors experience is a big asset.
  • No military obligation for male candidates.
  • Good English skills (writing, reading, and spoken).
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of teams — from business leaders to delivery teams, driving product success with lean and agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrates a strong command of the product development lifecycle e.g. requirement analysis, design, development, and testing.
  • Works without or with limited supervision on planning, organizing, prioritizing, and overseeing activities to efficiently meet business objectives; solid experience in project management.
  • Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
  • Tech savvy - explores, embraces technology advancements and leverages them to increase performance.
  • Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills in complex situations.
  • Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates a growth mindset.
