This role is key to driving Prime System Solutions' internal engagement, content creation, and social media strategy. As we continue to build a globally recognized brand, we need someone who can craft compelling content, build strong engagement strategies, and manage social media platforms with a focus on attracting top talent and strengthening our brand presence. What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
- Lead internal employee engagement initiatives, organizing activities that foster a positive and dynamic company culture.
- Build and manage content calendars to ensure consistent, timely, and relevant social media content.
- Create and curate content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
- Collaborate with various teams, including marketing, HR, and leadership, to develop and implement content strategies that resonate with both current and potential employees.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, content marketing, and digital tools to keep Prime's digital presence fresh and innovative.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok) and how to engage with different audiences.
- Experience in content creation (text, images, video) and managing social media campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.) and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others.
- Creative mindset and a passion for developing engaging content.
- Experience in internal engagement or employee experience programs is a plus.
