We are looking for an experienced AI Solution Architect to lead presales, design technical solutions, and oversee successful delivery of AI-driven applications. This role is ideal for someone with expertise in Contact Center AI Automation, Conversational AI, and Support AI solutions who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Lead AI solution architecture design and development for enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Engage in presales activities , including client meetings, technical presentations, and proposal creation.
- Design and propose AI-based solutions for Conversational AI, Contact Center AI, and Support AI applications .
- Work closely with sales and business teams to translate customer requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Oversee the implementation and delivery of AI solutions, ensuring best practices in MLOps, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to drive innovation.
- Conduct technical deep-dives, POCs, and architecture reviews with customers.
- Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies to provide state-of-the-art solutions.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in AI solution architecture, presales, or technical consulting.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, and cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in Contact Center AI, Conversational AI, or Support AI automation is highly preferred.
- Solutioning & Delivery: Proven ability to design scalable AI solutions and drive end-to-end implementation.
- Presales Exposure: Ability to engage with customers, present technical solutions, and create proposals/RFPs.
- MLOps & Deployment: Experience with AI/ML model deployment, APIs, and integration with enterprise systems.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exposure to AI-powered chatbots, voice assistants, and NLP-based automation.
- Experience working with enterprise clients in AI transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on expertise in integrating AI with CRM, IVR, and cloud-based contact center solutions.
- Familiarity with regulations and compliance in AI-driven customer support.
