We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager to join our Corporate Development team. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the company's growth strategy through corporate development initiatives, strategic partnerships, and governance oversight. This role involves collaborating with the Management team to identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities, manage strategic partnerships, and ensure strong corporate governance practices across the company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Corporate Development: Support the identification and evaluation of new growth opportunities and strategic initiatives. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, internal audit and HR, to ensure the successful execution of corporate development initiatives. Support the development of organisational efficiency and relevant projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term goals. Facilitate the implementation of staff engagement initiatives by collaborating with different departments to disseminate information about ongoing initiatives to employees. Strategic Partnerships: Identify, cultivate, and maintain strategic partnerships that align with the company’s growth objectives. Manage relationships with key external partners and stakeholders to drive business development and mutual value creation. Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and terms, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives. Monitor the performance of strategic partnerships and recommend adjustments to optimise outcomes. Facilitate and support visits from external parties and company open house presentations on-site through effective collaboration with other departments. Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance with corporate governance regulations and best practices across the organisation. Design and implement governance policies and frameworks to ensure accountability and transparency within the organisation. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to monitor governance risks and implement mitigation strategies. Provide support in the development, implementation, and monitoring of corporate governance policies and practices, particularly in PDPA requirements and ethics and governance in Artificial Intelligence. REQUIREMENTS: At least a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in corporate/organisation development, corporate governance, strategic partnerships. Proficient in assessing and executing comprehensive project/event management and strategic partnerships from initiation to execution. Familiarity with corporate governance regulations and best practices, including in personal data protection. Ability to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and strategic initiatives. Excellent communication, writing and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment and manage multiple stakeholders. Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems. High attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other relevant business tools. Experience with governance and compliance reporting platforms is a plus.
