As we expand our digital presence, we are looking for a skilled Mobile Application Developer to help us develop applications for both Android and iOS platforms. Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Mobile App Developer to design, develop, and maintain a mobile application that will enhance our engagement with devotees, volunteers, and donors. The ideal candidate should have experience in cross-platform development and be willing to work with limited resources , understanding that our foundation operates on a non-profit basis with a basic salary compensation . Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy a cross-platform mobile application for Android & iOS.
- Integrate key features such as event updates, donation processing, volunteer registration, and spiritual content access .
- Optimize app performance for fast loading and smooth user experience .
- Ensure security and data protection measures are in place.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, crashes, and performance issues .
- Work closely with the foundation’s team to align app functionality with organizational goals.
- Provide regular updates and maintenance for the application.
- Proficiency in Flutter, React Native, or any cross-platform development framework .
- Experience in REST API integration and database management (Firebase, MySQL, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles for mobile applications.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision .
- Prior experience in developing non-profit or community service applications is a plus.
- Passion for social service and a willingness to contribute to a non-profit cause .
