Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Functional / Business Analyst Intern to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process optimization in the fast-growing carbon management industry. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Support in defining product specifications and user stories for development teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable insights
• Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback on product enhancements
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Systems, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies (preferred but not required)
• Interest in sustainability and carbon management is a plus
