Title: EV Town Executive Location: Kolkata EV Town Executive ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Improve Productivity of EV Sales Executives (DSE) & outdoor Test Drive Executives (TDE)
- Availability of Customer Care Executive & competency building
- Closed Loop Feedback (CLF) & Post Sales Feedback (PSF) Adherence
- Process & Standard Adherence
- Candidates with experience in 2W dealership/Agency is required. However, having exposure of 4W and open to move to 2W segment can also be considered.
- This role has a traveling on 20 -22 days month across the region.
- Regional language is mandatory
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience.
