Brand Strategist We’re looking for a Brand Strategist who thrives on shaping powerful brand stories, crafting standout positioning, and translating insights into impactful campaigns.   • Define & Differentiate – Develop positioning strategies that make brands stand out.
  • Consumer Insights & Research – Analyze market trends, conduct primary research (qualitative & FGD), and mine deep consumer insights.
  • Brand Voice & Identity – Craft messaging frameworks, guidelines, and slogans that resonate both online and offline.
  • Competitive Strategy – Identify strengths, weaknesses, and white spaces through research and data analysis.
  • Marketing & Comms Strategy – Plan, execute, and measure brand and content strategies across digital and traditional channels.
  • Creative & Campaign Development – Work closely with creative teams to crack campaigns and communication routes.
  • Performance & Optimization – Assess advertising effectiveness and evolve strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Project Management – Be the brand custodian, leading key accounts and ensuring strategic alignment.
 What Makes You a Great Fit:
  • 5-8 years in brand strategy, planning, or content development (agency, client-side, or media).
  • Proven experience in digital and social content strategy .
  • Strong analytical skills—ability to extract actionable insights from social listening, keyword analysis, and data trends.
  • A natural problem solver who can cut through complexity and provide strategic clarity.
  • Passionate about culture, trends, and consumer behavior , with an ability to apply insights creatively.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills—comfortable working with clients, creative teams, and senior stakeholders.
  • A strategic thinker who’s also hands-on when needed.
