AWS Cloud Security Engineer

AWS Cloud Security Engineer (Contract – 3 Months, Possible Extension) We are looking for an AWS Cloud Security Engineer to join our team on a 3-month contract , with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS security services, cloud compliance, and automation of security controls. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage AWS security best practices across cloud environments.
• Conduct security assessments and risk analysis for AWS workloads.
• Configure and maintain IAM policies, security groups, and other access controls.
• Automate security monitoring and incident response using AWS-native tools.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2.
• Work closely with DevOps and engineering teams to enhance cloud security posture.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities in AWS environments.
