Qualifications & Experience Minimum GCE ‘O’ level At least 1-2 years of working experience in a related field is required Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software Strong team player with excellent time management Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Positive attitude Able to start work immediately or on short notice Only Singaporeans apply Tasks & Responsibilities Responsible for handling Account Payable Prepare payment vouchers, online banking transactions, and other financial documents Maintain proper documentation and filing of import, procurement, and accounting records Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for smooth operations Coordinate and manage import container procedures, including liaising with shipping agents and freight forwarders Ensure timely submission of import documents, permits, and declarations Monitor shipment schedules, track deliveries, and update relevant departments Order goods from suppliers based on inventory needs Verify purchase orders, supplier invoices, and delivery schedules Handle administrative duties Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management Benefits Medical Claim Group Hospital Insurance Supportive and friendly work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
