Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an On-Site Network Support Engineer located at our client location on the border. The Network Support Engineer will be responsible for first line of network administration, network engineering, technical support, troubleshooting, and network security tasks on a daily basis. In addition to the primary responsibilities, the engineer will also provide support on Genetec Security Center, CCTV cameras, servers and infrastructure, basic firewall support, NMS, and importantly, managing support tickets with the relevant suppliers/OEMs. Reports are an integral part of this scope. - Network Administration and Network Engineering skills
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting expertise
- Network Security knowledge
- Experience with Genetec platform is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with team members
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
