What you'll do Reply to business correspondence with plain language and business writing techniques. Conduct performance phone coaching to Driver Partners who breached the platform's policy. Be a bridge between Driver Partners and Users and conduct inquiries on disputes. Ensure Driver Partners adhere to service and safety rules and conduct by enforcing appropriate disciplinary actions. Impart important messages and corrections tactfully and effectively to Driver Partners who have committed disciplinary lapses. Adept in utilizing Excel/Spreadsheet as trackers to ensure data and information are securely updated, shared, and kept. What we seek Minimum Diploma in Business or related field. Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Objective thinker, able to be firm yet empathetic. Analytical and resilient with ambition to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
