• Advising on complex corporate transactions, including M&As, joint ventures, restructuring, and regulatory compliance.
• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, franchise agreements, and shareholder arrangements.
• Providing strategic legal counsel on corporate governance, labor law, and regulatory frameworks.
• Managing client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and top-tier service delivery.
• Collaborating with senior partners and colleagues on cross-border matters and high-value transactions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law, preferably in a leading law firm.
• Strong experience in M&As, capital markets, corporate transactions, contract negotiation, corporate governance, and commercial advisory.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
• Excellent legal drafting skills in Arabic and English.
• A commercially driven mindset with the ability to handle complex client matters independently.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.
