SAP Central Finance Project Director - Global Consultancy Extendable contract - Al Khobar, KSA - Immediate start We are working with a Global Consultancy who is looking for an experienced SAP Central Finance Project Manager to spearhead an exciting finance transformation project with a leading client based in Al Khobar. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Central Finance (CFIN), financial process optimization, and stakeholder engagement. You will drive seamless system integration, data migration, and process standardization across the finance function. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full lifecycle implementation of SAP Central Finance (CFIN), ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee finance transformation efforts, focusing on process automation, optimization, and compliance.
  • Develop and execute project roadmap, including scope, budget management, risk assessment, and governance.
  • Work closely with finance, IT, and business teams to define system requirements and ensure successful integration.
  • Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Implement effective change management and user training strategies to drive adoption and efficiency.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience leading SAP Central Finance (CFIN) implementations.
  • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, financial data integration, and process standardization.
  • Deep understanding of financial reporting, consolidation, IFRS, GAAP, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven track record of delivering finance transformation projects in large enterprises or financial services.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management methodologies.
  • Ability to handle complex, multi-workstream projects in dynamic environments.
  • Experience with Big 4 consulting or large-scale SAP transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Certifications in SAP Central Finance or SAP S/4HANA Finance are a plus.
  • Exposure to AI-driven finance automation, process mining, and predictive analytics is an advantage.
