This role will involve supporting the Event Operations and Technical Production teams to successfully carry out events at EWB and prepare all the necessary furniture/setup requirements during buildup, event days, and breakdown days, as well as conducting regular stock counts. ABOUT THE VENUE Inaugurated in November 2022 and owned by the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA), Exhibition World Bahrain (EWB) is the World’s Leading New Exhibition and Convention for 2023, the Middle East's Leading Large-Scale Wedding Venue 2024, and the newest MICE venue in the Middle East. The venue offers a wide range and variety of leasable spaces for all types of events of all sizes, from large conventions and exhibitions to conferences and meetings, live entertainment performances, large weddings, galas, celebrations, corporate functions, and more. EWB features 10 large Exhibition Halls, a Grand Hall, and an adjacent Meeting Hub with 19 meeting rooms of varying sizes. Its extensive capacity enables it to host several events and exhibitions simultaneously. Exhibition World Bahrain will be the largest venue of its kind in the Middle East, offering 95,000 sqm of exhibition space over 10 halls, a 4,000-seat tiered auditorium, 95 meeting rooms, a Royal & VIP Majlis, supported by event organizers' offices and a 250-seat capacity restaurant.
