Advisors M.E. is a specialized M&A and corporate finance advisory firm that covers clients across the MENA region. We connect companies to investors, guide them through the M&A process, conduct business valuations and provide support with strategic financial management. Role Description We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to lead deal sourcing and investor relations across the GCC. The ideal candidate will possess a robust network of middle market companies, as well as access to private equity firms, investment groups and family offices, enabling them to source high quality M&A opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source M&A opportunities across diverse industries
- Develop strategic relationships with investors, private equity firms and family offices
- Coordinate due diligence, deal materials and negotiations alongside internal teams
- Maintain and expand a strong, high-level business and investor network across the GCC
- Various other responsibilities that may be delegated.
- Extensive GCC business development experience with a proven track record in deal sourcing
- Established relationships with key stakeholders (PE firms, investment groups, family offices)
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
- Excellent organizational and management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (finance, business or related field preferred)
