# Hiring Senior Application Support with Capital Market Domain experience for our client in Riyadh, KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Application Administration & Monitoring
  2. Incident Management & Troubleshooting
  3. Data Management and Reporting
  4. Change and Release Management
  5. Application Testing and Quality Assurance
  6. Reporting and Documentation

Required Experience and Skills:

  1. Strong understanding of PL/SQL, database management, and system integrations.
  2. Familiarity with monitoring tools, issue-tracking systems, and ITSM frameworks (e.g., Manage Engine, ITIL).
  3. Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to resolving incidents.
  4. Ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders across business and IT teams.

Education and Certifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  2. Certifications in ITIL or related frameworks are highly desirable.

Preferred Experience:

  1. Five years experience in supporting and troubleshooting enterprise-level business applications.
  2. Proven record of accomplishment in handling capital market systems or financial services applications.
