Quality Control Oversight: Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for architectural works, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry regulations. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the quality control team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of quality assurance processes. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all architectural work complies with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards, conducting regular audits and assessments. Project Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to integrate quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle. Inspections and Testing: Oversee site inspections, material testing, and audits to verify adherence to quality standards, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions as needed. Reporting: Prepare and present quality control reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics, compliance status, and areas for improvement. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the QC function, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Client Interaction: Liaise with clients and regulatory bodies to address quality concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with project deliverables. Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Extensive experience in quality control or quality assurance within the construction industry, with specific expertise in architectural projects and regulatory compliance. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop teams, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
