Finance Systems Specialist - Healthcare Our client, one of Irelands most reputable healthcare providers, with a network of facilities across Ireland, has recently completed the first stage of the implementation of their electronic health record system Meditech. Located in Dublin Centre , they are seeking a qualified accountant to responsible for ensuring that the Meditech EHR system effectively supports and integrates with the hospital groups financial operations, including billing, revenue cycle management, cost analysis, and financial reporting. Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of expertise for the financial aspects of the implementation and other projects Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of healthcare financial systems Ensure availability and integrity of financial data across a variety of systems Effective, compliant and actionable reporting systems Design and optimise effective billing workflows and processes Acting as the liaison between finance, IT, and healthcare operations Management of compliance and governance aspects of financial operations Skills and qualifications required: Accountancy qualification such as CIMA, ACCA Proficiency in a variety of financial systems Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects Experience in transformation projects desirable Experience in healthcare desirable Ability to manage stakeholders from a variety of functional backgrounds Pragmatic, commercial mindset Skills: financial systems qualified accountant systems accountant
