Responsibilities Ensure a safer and more comfortable work environment. Plan and execute preparations for meetings and conferences with clients and VIP visits. Maintain building conditions and oversee housekeeping. Perform daily check-ins around the building and lobby to ensure high housekeeping standards. Coordinate with vendors to resolve service issues. Build and maintain positive tenant relationships and provide excellent customer service. Handle client/tenant queries and attend meetings as required. Ensure tenant fit-out works comply with house rules and manage the handover of premises for incoming/outgoing tenants. Seek opportunities to improve operations and meet key performance metrics.
