Responsibilities

  • Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
  • Uses critical thinking skills to analyze HR metrics and data from various sources and identify patterns related to employee engagement, turnover, and compliance.
  • Analyzes HR metrics to recommend policies and activities that improve organizational culture, including strategies to attract and hire top talent, enhance employee engagement and retention, address staffing challenges, and ensure legal compliance.
  • Gathers HR data from different sources, such as HRIS, payroll, surveys, and government labor statistics, and compiles them into a comprehensive report.
Skills
  1. Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial regulations.
  2. Attention to Detail: Ability to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  3. Analytical Skills: Strong skills in analyzing financial data and generating reports.
  4. Proficiency in Accounting Software: Familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks, SAP, or Excel.
  5. Communication Skills: Ability to explain financial information to non-financial team members.
  6. Time Management: Managing multiple tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines.
  7. Problem-Solving: Identifying issues and finding solutions in financial operations.
  8. Confidentiality: Handling sensitive financial data securely and with integrity.
  9. Organizational Skills: Keeping financial records organized and accessible.
  10. Basic Knowledge of Taxation: Understanding of tax principles and filing procedures.
