About The Opportunity
- Assist in the execution and optimization of retail media campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Work closely with advertisers, suppliers, and internal teams (sales, category management, operations) to support ad placements and campaign management.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics, generating reports and insights for continuous improvement.
- Support the setup, tracking, and reporting of CPM, CPC, and performance-based campaigns across the Talabat Ads platform.
- Assist in creating advertising proposals and presentations to support sales initiatives.
- Ensure seamless communication between advertisers and internal teams to meet campaign deadlines and deliverables.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising, retail media, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Familiarity with performance marketing, ad operations, or campaign management is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign tracking and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of retail media monetization models (CPM, CPC, CPA).
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and analytical tools; experience with DSPs or ad platforms is a plus.
