The Sales Director plays a crucial role in driving the sales strategy and execution for a leading company in the Food & Beverage sector. This position is responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing key customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management within the food and beverage industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Sales Director will work closely with other departments to ensure alignment between sales strategies and overall business objectives. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
  2. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the food and beverage sector.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  6. Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
  7. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
  8. Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  9. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
