Getting interviews and job offers: Riccardo holds an MBA from INSEAD, works in PE, and has held roles with Oliver Wyman in their Dubai office and Bain in their Milan office. He has conducted 100+ case interviews and has dedicated time to coaching more than 80+ people. During his 5+ years in consulting, he covered several Due Diligences within the 'PE Group' vertical. He also spent 3 years in Private Equity where he did both deal team (valuation, deal scouting, commercial DD) and operations team (value creation and portfolio management). He is fluent in Italian, French, and English and can conduct case interviews in each. Negotiating salaries: Ricardo has helped more than 30 coaching clients negotiate job salary offers and internal promotions. On average, he's helped his clients get a ~30% uplift in total compensation across base, bonus, sign-on bonus, and other benefits. Ricardo has also negotiated salaries as a hiring manager with tens of new experienced hires and therefore has experience on both sides of the table.
