We are seeking an Assistant Manager of Golf Operations to join us in delivering an exceptional golf experience across our public and private courses. This role presents a unique opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking project that combines world-class golf facilities with the ambitious vision of Saudi Arabia's evolving entertainment and sports landscape. Working alongside our Golf Operations team, you will help shape the daily operations and guest experience of our golf facilities, ensuring they meet the highest international standards while catering to both seasoned players and those new to the sport. This position offers the chance to be part of a transformative project that will help establish Qiddiya as a leading golf destination in the Middle East, contributing to Saudi Arabia's vision of developing world-class sports and leisure facilities.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the daily operations of the golf facility, including course maintenance, tee time management, and member services.
  2. Work closely with the golf management team to develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  3. Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to golf operations.
  5. Support the planning and execution of tournaments, events, and programs to enhance member and guest engagement.
  6. Engage with guests and members, ensuring an exceptional experience through outstanding service and responsiveness to feedback.
  7. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote golf offerings and increase participation.
  8. Train and mentor staff on operational best practices and service standards.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in golf operations, or a similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of golf operations and industry best practices.
  4. Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams and driving performance.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and guest experience.
  6. Ability to analyze operational performance data and make informed decisions.
  7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to meet operational needs.
