QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: Qualification: B Degree (Finance/Accounting/Business Administration/Economics) Chartered Financial Analyst Experience: 4 - 7 Years relevant experience International experience preferred Mergers and acquisitions preferred Skills:

- Deliver accurate and timely input of all financial and related data into all statutory and management financial reporting including monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow statements for BM&NM BU to meet financial requirements and standards.
- Oversee timely and accurate management of the GL, monthly close and asset register for the BM&NM BU to contribute to the success of the function.
- Consistently deliver business solutions which contribute to business results and improved competitiveness (consulting advice, business options).
- Deliver quality solutions/service cost-effectively on time and within risk parameters.
- Provide advice that is generally accepted and implemented on programs and systems, creating a competitive advantage for organization, leading to quality results.

- Monitor, evaluate, and report business and affiliate performance on a broad base of metrics.
- Monitor, evaluate forecast and budget.
- Collect data, perform analyses, evaluate returns and risks on different investments and present recommendations to Senior Stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating and evaluating forecasts and financial models in order to guide the business in tactical and strategic decision making.
- Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps.
- Analyse past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Active input regarding investment management strategy and ensuring optimal return on investments.
- Active input regarding risk management and development of risk mitigation strategies.
- Track the performance of stocks and collect and prepare the data (in spreadsheets) so that it can be interpreted by clients and stockbrokers.
- Develop, implement and maintain internal control systems and business practices.
- Prepare management and board reports (trend analysis and economic indicators).
- Meet with investors to explain company decisions.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Recommend actions by analysing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials.
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
- Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools, drive digitalization.
- Recommend and participate in think tanks/special projects.
- Understand, support and live the Ma'aden vision, values and goals.
