Telesales Representative

This role consists of providing excellent customer service, executing all required daily operational tasks of the store ensuring 100% compliance with the company's procedures, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the key performance indicators of the store. Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

1. Greet and welcome walk-in customers with a pleasant smile.
2. Assist customers in locating merchandise around the store.
3. Give advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
4. Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, etc).
5. Provide all customer feedback to the Store Manager.
6. Ensure clear and valid communication of ongoing promotions.
7. Ensure promotion materials in store are up to date and in spotless condition.
8. Present merchandise upon request by the customer.
9. Stock shelves and furniture with merchandising as per merchandising rules.
10. Process cash and card payments.
11. Ensure complete and infallible follow through of all customer requests.
12. Attend to customer queries.
13. Be responsible for achieving the sales target set by the Store Manager.
14. Fully participate in all sales activities including promotions and sales events.
15. Execute tasks as assigned during stock control activities as per company rules.
16. Receive, unpack, scan, and store stock as per company rules.
17. Ensure cleanliness of the store.
18. Ensure complaints, refunds, and exchanges are resolved and follow up with the Store Manager.
19. Immediately report discrepancies and problems to the Store Manager.
20. Participate in the ongoing daily operational activities of the store as requested by the store.

1. Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School / "O" Level, Higher Secondary / "A" Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Degree in any field.
2. At least 1-2 years working experience in the retail industry.
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
4. Good communication skills in English, capable of building trusting relationships with customers and fellow colleagues.
5. Excellent customer service skills.
6. Good enthusiasm and hunger towards sales.
7. Must have a good disciplinary track record, utmost honesty, and trusted character.
8. Available to work full-time and on public holidays.
