With a global portfolio spanning multiple industries and regions, the firm is committed to building its reputation as a leading institutional investor. This new position will play a critical role in shaping the firm's external image, driving strategic communication initiatives, and supporting its long-term growth. What the job involves

Develop and execute the firm’s overall communications strategy, aligning with its business objectives and growth ambitions
Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, industry stakeholders, and government bodies to enhance the firm's visibility and reputation
Oversee all external communications, including press releases, thought leadership pieces, speeches, and event materials
Collaborate with internal teams to craft consistent messaging across public relations, investor relations, and marketing channels
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring communications support strategic decision-making and brand positioning
Manage crisis communications, ensuring swift and effective responses to protect and maintain the firm’s reputation

Who we are looking for

Extensive experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field, ideally within investment, financial services, or government sectors
Proven ability to lead communications initiatives at a strategic level, with excellent judgment in managing sensitive or high-stakes situations
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly advantageous
Strong media relations expertise, with the ability to engage with top-tier publications and key stakeholders globally
A collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and has a track record of building and mentoring teams
