Job Description: We are a Google Ads-focused marketing agency looking for a dedicated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent remote position where you will play a key role in sourcing and qualifying potential clients for our Google Ads services. Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients (SMBs) in India using online tools, directories, and platforms.
- Build and manage a database of leads with accurate contact information.
- Conduct personalized email, LinkedIn, and cold outreach campaigns.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Proven experience in lead generation (preferably in the digital marketing/advertising field).
- Strong communication and email writing skills.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and Hunter.io.
- Experience with bidding on Freelancer, Upwork, and Fiverr to acquire new clients.
- Ability to meet weekly/monthly lead targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
