We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT Infrastructure Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and manage LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers.
Maximize network availability and performance through monitoring, troubleshooting network problems and outages, and scheduling upgrades.
Secure network systems by establishing and enforcing global access control policies. Serve as a technical lead on network projects, working closely with the Project Management team.
Configure, install, and support data routers and switches throughout internal and customer networks.
Recommend and implement changes in network design to improve performance and security.
Support the design and ongoing operation of wide-area networks, including ISP connections and customer network connections.
Configure and implement Remote Access Solutions, including IPSec VPN, EasyVPN, SSL VPN, Citrix Access Gateway, and Citrix Secure Gateway.
Update network equipment to the latest firmware releases.
Configure firewalls, routing, and switching to maximize network efficiency and security.
Assist in procuring suitable network equipment and manage subcontractors involved in network installation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
8-10 years of relevant experience in enterprise network engineering.
Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISA).
Hands-on experience with enterprise-level network and security products.

Required Competencies:

In-depth knowledge of networking concepts, including 3-layer and converged architecture, EIGRP, BGP, high availability, active-active and active-passive Data Centre and device connectivity, VSS, VPC, Stack-wise, etc.
Proficiency in network tools such as Solarwinds, Splunk, Riverbed profiler, ISE, ACS, and Airwave.
Knowledge of passive/backbone connectivity, including patching, ethernet, single and multimode cabling, and various types of SFP and patch cords.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.
