Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee curriculum & teaching quality
  • Recruit, train & mentor teachers
  • Collaborate with management on growth & satisfaction
  • Innovate with digital learning tools
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years in academic leadership
  • Bachelors in English (master’s preferred)
  • DELTA certification (or equivalent) required
  • Strong leadership & communication skills
  • Experience with modern teaching methods & tech
