Key Responsibilities

Oversee curriculum & teaching quality
Recruit, train & mentor teachers
Collaborate with management on growth & satisfaction
Innovate with digital learning tools

What We’re Looking For

5+ years in academic leadership
Bachelors in English (master’s preferred)
DELTA certification (or equivalent) required
Strong leadership & communication skills
Experience with modern teaching methods & tech
