Job details

Primary Purpose of the Job Provide expert advice and support to the Gas Processing Department in optimizing and implementing maintenance strategies and processes, to improve equipment reliability and availability. Guide the Maintenance Team in using industry best practices to achieve excellence in maintenance execution. Required Experience and Skills

  1. Must have hands-on experience with leading a Maintenance team to reach top quartile performance.
  2. Experience in leading a turnaround project and/or implementing an asset management system would be a plus.
  3. Good understanding of SAP and requirements in the Maintenance execution process.
  4. Experience in working in Qatar or the Middle East to quickly understand the ways of working in Refining Operations.
  5. Experience in Downstream Oil and Gas, preferably in Refining.
  6. Experience in an IOC/NOC environment with an established technical Authority process.
  7. Preferably a senior subject matter expert in the maintenance reliability TA skill pool (TA 2).
Educational Qualifications
  1. University degree in a technical discipline, preferably mechanical.
  2. At least 15 years relevant experience.
