JASARA PMC is on the lookout for a highly experienced Senior BIM Management Specialist to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. In this essential role, you will oversee the implementation and optimization of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, ensuring that our projects leverage the latest technologies and methodologies for maximum efficiency and outcome. As a Senior BIM Management Specialist, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate the integration of BIM across all project phases, from design through to construction and delivery. Your expertise will be crucial in driving innovation and ensuring compliance with industry standards, ultimately enhancing the quality of our infrastructure projects. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Project Employer Information Requirements (EIR) for F&E projects and ensure compliance to BIM standards.
  • Create BIM Execution Plans.
  • Support project teams in resolving matters relating to BIM delivery.
  • Liaise with Information Technology Directorate for configuration management and implementation of the Common Data Environment.
  • Support with the F&E Asset Information Model (AIM) that is prepared following project completion.
  • Ensure that the requirements for information management and systems integration for the development of BIM models during the design phase and Asset Information Models and Digital Twin during the O&M Phase are met.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in BIM management or a related role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Proficient in BIM software, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.
  • Thorough understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills with a proven ability to manage and mentor team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
