Our client is a multinational brand, currently hiring a Finance Manager to join their growing finance function in Doha. This role will take full responsibility for the Finance Team within the Middle East and will report to the Managing Director and Regional Finance Director. The successful candidate will be expected to have strong knowledge of producing financial statements and reports within strict deadlines, while also performing complex financial and operational analysis. Other responsibilities will include analysing trends, coordinating the production of quarterly consolidation packs, and producing monthly management accounting reports and forecasts. You will be expected to be a well-rounded and seasoned finance professional with strong experience in financial and statutory accounting, along with a solid understanding of management accounts, audits, and internal controls. Our client will look to hire a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA, ACCA, or CPA) with more than 10 years PQE within a large multinational or professional services organisation. You should be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills along with the ability to meet strict deadlines. Experience in leading and developing Finance Teams and functions is essential. Candidates with manufacturing, retail, or trading sector experience would be preferred. A key requirement of this role is for candidates to have gained experience within the GCC region at some point in their career.
