Job Title: Proposal Engineer
Company: ARH Consulting Engineers Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Proposal Engineer at ARH Consulting Engineers in Riyadh. The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for preparing and writing proposals.Key Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement & Efficiency: Analyze current manufacturing and operational processes to identify improvements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve project delays.
- Support in developing production plans and optimize refinery production to meet commitments.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians to deliver successful projects.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and mentor them for professional development.
Minimum Requirements:
