Internal Recruiter (Temp) – Arabic Speaking
Internal Recruiter (Temp) - Arabic speaking up to AED 15,000 Our client is looking for a temporary Arabic speaking Internal Recruiter to join their team to cover maternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to gain valuable MNC HR experience with a leading company. Candidates with experience recruiting Regional roles within the financial services industry would be preferred. Responsibilities include:- Facilitating the recruitment process, placing adverts on job boards and social media
- Screening a high volume of CV’s, shortlisting and conducting 1st round interviews
- Liaising with Recruitment Agencies
- Liaising with line managers, booking interviews for candidates
- Creating reports on recruitment status
- Generate high quality candidates through networking and headhunting
- General recruitment support for the Recruitment Team
- Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience
- Ability to provide innovative solutions to recruitment problems
- Enthusiastic, hard working with excellent communication skills
- Confidence to liaise with all levels of staff
- UAE experience, ideally working within a MNC
- Immediately available candidates preferred
- Only candidates currently present in the UAE will be considered
