Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter who has UAE experience in Staffing / Recruitment agency with expertise in Gray-collar hiring . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience , with at least 2 years from UAE in recruitment within the staffing industry , specializing in sourcing, screening, and hiring workers for industrial, manufacturing, logistics, construction, and related sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and field recruitment.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on job requirements and company standards.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled and semi-skilled workers.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including client interaction.
- Coordinate with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and staffing regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
- Participate in job fairs, community outreach programs, and recruitment drives.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment within a staffing firm.
- Strong understanding of gray-collar job roles, labor market trends, and hiring challenges.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume recruitment efficiently.
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and hiring regulations related to blue-collar staffing.
- Experience in client management and coordination.
- Strong networking skills to build relationships with candidates and industry contacts.
