Job Description
- Design lighting schemes by using DIALUX and other necessary software.
- Communicate with Sales Engineers/ Sr. Sales Engineers to prepare tech no-commercial offers.
- Coordinate with contractors at site to fulfill customer's requirement pertaining to engineering and design issue - ensure that the client's project requirements are met.
- Coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers for product pricing and maintain updated price list.
- Handle all levels of communication with affiliates and clients through phone calls and email that answer different kinds of queries about the product and services.
- Maintain the project filing system and control all confidential documents.
- Work with the sales team to propose, design and completely new projects/opportunities.
- Generate sales orders based on LPO and prepare proforma invoice.
- Prepare O & M Manual and necessary documents as per project requirement.
