- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information, answer questions, and make recommendations based on customer needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Promote sales through product demonstrations and explaining the benefits and features of various products.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase the average transaction value.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet customer service goals.

- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service.
