The HR Assistant/Receptionist plays a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth front desk operations within a business consultancy environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. The HR Assistant/Receptionist will be responsible for various administrative tasks, assisting with recruitment processes, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
  2. Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
  3. Support HR initiatives by preparing and maintaining employee documentation.
  4. Coordinate training sessions and employee onboarding processes.
  5. Handle inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
  6. Managing Government portals.
  7. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
  8. Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
  9. Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
  10. Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and enhance employee experience.
  11. Provide support in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Learn and grow.
  2. Excellent verbal English and Arabic communication abilities.
  3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
